The Siege Museum recently attended a networking and team bonding event hosted by Visit Derry at the White Horse Hotel and Campsie Karting Centre, where our guide, Stuart, came out on top.
The Siege Museum are delighted to have on display an exhibition of trench art made during World War I. The temporary exhibition is housed on the ground floor of the museum and will be with us from 1st July - 18th November, commemorating the date of the Battle of the Somme.
As part of the new Siege Museum’s outreach programme, supported by Heritage Lottery Fund, you are invited to attend a talk entitled:- ‘London’s Derry Walls’ On Thursday 28th April 2016 7pm – 8pm in The Siege Museum
The Trustees of the Apprentice Boys of Derry have officially opened their interpretative centre, the ‘Siege Museum’ and newly refurbished Memorial Hall at Society Street.
The official opening of the Siege Museum will be held on Friday 11th March at 11am in the ground floor of the new premises. We will be closed to casual visitors for the duration of the day and reopen on Saturday 12th March 10am-4:30pm.
